How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to Hgcaseparty customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. Hgcaseparty support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Hgcaseparty with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hgcaseparty@outlook.com.

Returning Your Item

Please email us at hgcaseparty@outlook.com and provide a detailed description of the issue. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response from us and we will provide with the specific return instructions.

When sending an item back to us please understand the shipping costs are your responsibility. However, If we believe that your item has a quality-related defect, we will credit the shipping costs back to you.

We recommend that when sending an item back to us, you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking or either insure your package for a safe return to ensure the shipment is covered for any damages or loss in transit. If you choose to use a carrier that does not offer tracking or insurance, you will be responsible if the item is lost or damaged during shipping.

 

Shipping information
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@hgcaseparty.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on Top Trend Store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Top Trend Store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. They sale a good brand phone case for less than half the prose in the store …. It s an outlet so you can’t really choose but the girl are really helpful 😉
